During the '70s our Company belonged to the South African Group Contact Electric. 1974 African Electric became branch of the Year! African Electric Pty (Ltd) are currently Official Philips Agents for Namibia. In the year 2000 African Electric Pty(Ltd) was arwarded the best selling Philips Agent in Southern Africa. Today African Electric Pty (Ltd) is Official Kathrein, Clipsal, Soehnle and still Philips Agents. African Electric Pty (Ltd) in the mean time also Accredited installers of Deukom and Multichoice, and is a Member of the Security Assosiation of Namibia.
Since 2000 African Electric introduced the sub division AE Furn. AE Furn import Bargainsales (Restposten) from Europe. Garden furniture and leisure furniture.
